You can be provided with a superbill, which is an itemized list of services provided and can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company to clarify the policy on superbills for your coverage.

Where do I start?After contacting the Mind Works, an intake session will be conducted to gather information, including referral questions and developmental history. An evaluation plan will be generated and proposed.
